We want you to be happy with QReasy. If something is wrong, email support@qreasy.appand we’ll put it right.

Your right to cancel

QReasysells digital services. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase — but this right ends once the service has started with your agreement, i.e. once a dynamic code has been created or activated from your purchase. Where a pack’s credits are still entirely unused, we’ll refund it in full on request within that period.

When we’ll refund

• You were charged twice or in error.
• A technical fault on our side prevented your codes from working and we can’t resolve it.
• You bought a pack and haven’t used any of its code credits, within 14 days.

How

Email support@qreasy.appfrom the address you bought with, and we’ll process eligible refunds to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
