Terms of Service
Last updated 7 July 2026
These terms govern your use of QReasy, operated by GeekLabs, a sole trader(“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a code you agree to them. Questions: support@qreasy.app.
The service
QReasy lets you generate static QR codes for free, and buy dynamic QR codes as a one-off purchase. A dynamic code points to a QReasy short link that redirects to a destination you control and can change at any time. There is no subscription — a purchased code keeps redirecting for the lifetime of the service, with no recurring fee.
Payment
Prices are shown before purchase and charged once, in your local currency, through our payment processor (Stripe). You are buying lifetime redirect hosting for the number of dynamic codes in your chosen pack. Unused code credits remain on your account until used. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not point a code at, or use QReasyto distribute, anything unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or that infringes others’ rights — including phishing, malware, or deceptive content. Destination links are screened, and we may disable or remove any code that breaches these terms or is reported as harmful, without refund. This protects every customer, since a malicious link on our shared domain can affect others.
Availability
We intend to host redirects indefinitely and design the service for high reliability, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, a destination you set, or your use of the codes, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
